Two local tattoo artists are making their mark in more ways than one. While most locals know Juno Kerr and Pete Ferrel as the talented creative tattoo artists at Eternal Ink Tattoos and Piercing, they might not realize that they have also taken their creativity to the streets in designing skateboard decks.
