Vendor deadline extended!Vendors - you now have until June 18 to complete the vendor form. Welcome vendors to the Waterloo RAGBRAI® website. The application is now ready to complete the online vendor form or you can complete the application, print and mail to the address below. Please remember all applications must be postmarked by June 1st. Applications will be reviewed and vendors will be notified 7-10 days after the deadline. Please enclose the following information on or with your application: - Business/Organization Status (Note there are price changes.)
- Name & Address
- Sales Tax Permit Number
- Meals & Prices (Include breakfast meal also. See top lists below.)
- Electrical needs (Include any fees)
- Space Needed – 10x10 or
- Hazardous Material List
- Copy of your proof of liability insurance coverage ($1,000,000 coverage minimum required)
- Enclose check for space fees and Electrical fee if applicable

Vendors will be determined by local vs. non-local status and the next item that will be looked at will be meals choices. For more information on vending at Waterloo RAGBRAI, contact vendors@waterlooragbrai.com Please note, after the June 1 deadline, official RAGBRAI vendors for Waterloo will be decided on and a mandatory food safety meeting will be held. Vendors will be able to apply for their food license at tha time. Please do not apply for your food license until you have received notification that you have been chosen as a vendor.
