Waterloo RAGBRAI Unveils New Logo & Theme
Waterloo's theme will be "Happy Trails through Waterloo" WATERLOO, IOWA (April 24, 2010) -On Thursday, July 29, Waterloo will host approximately 20,000 visitors when riders on RAGBRAI´ XXXVIII stay overnight in the Cedar Valley. Waterloo RAGBRAI® announced today the theme for this historic occasion. Happy Trails through Waterloo was selected as the theme for Waterloo RAGBRAI®.
After Waterloo was announced as a host site for RAGBRAI® in January 2010, a committee was formed and has been working to plan this great event. Many hours were spent brainstorming a theme that would adequately represent the Cedar Valley. When selecting the theme, the committee decided to focus on the nearly 100 miles of paved recreation trails available within the community.
The Waterloo RAGBRAI® committee will continue their work to plan this event. Members of the community are encouraged to visit our web site, www.waterlooRAGBRAI.com, visit our Facebook page and follow us on Twitter to stay updated on the latest information.
